Abstract
This study aimed to understand the lived experiences of nursing educators who are currently experiencing teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. It examined the challenges that the teachers encountered; identified the strategies and coping mechanisms; and determined how teachers lead, motivate, and engage their students despite the pandemic.
