Abstract
Nurse managers (NMs) impact staff and patient outcomes, but turnovers and recruitment issues threaten the nation's supply. The staff nurse practice environments are predictive of job satisfaction and can differ by generation. This study found that the NM practice environment influences satisfaction, but generation did not.
