Abstract

By establishing and reinforcing elements of teamwork through training and coaching, faculty are strengthened and positioned for creative possibilities in teaching, scholarship, and service. This approach could improve teamwork, collaboration, and conflict management as well as provide measures of teamwork "health" within schools of nursing, thus enhancing faculty's well-being overall.
