Abstract
Over 400 employees of a healthcare agency were surveyed to understand current levels of resilience and well-being. Based upon the findings, a multifaceted approach was undertaken to address and develop resilience and well-being. Current interventions will be assessed, modified as needed and reassessment of resilience and well-being will be undertaken.
