Abstract

In 2020, academic nursing educators (ANEs) experienced abrupt changes in their work environments and professional lives. Uncovering the experience of being a full-time ANE in baccalaureate or higher degree programs during the COVID-19 pandemic is essential for enhancing working conditions and professional well-being of ANEs in post-pandemic nursing education.
