Abstract
The Conductorless Orchestra Model was derived through inferences drawn from Malhotra's Symphony Study (1981) and Khodyakov's study of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra (2007). The model incorporates the concepts, "we-relationship" and "trust-control" to stimulate orchestra members’ (healthcare providers') cooperation. A successful orchestra blends individual talents into a symphony (patient-centered care).
