Abstract

A revitalization of the Medical Staff Excellence Committee (MSEC) Peer Review/OPPE program led to a positive change in perception of the Committee in all areas evaluated. This presentation provides examples of case referrals, system issues identified, and multidisciplinary collaboration to resolve issues and prevent recurrence to optimize patient care.
