Abstract
Nurses caring for COVID-19 patients are frequently stressed and anxious. One-third of nurses (33.6%) consider leaving their jobs, and some are quitting the profession altogether. Nurses who do not feel supported at work are more likely to leave. Administrators must act to ensure adequate support is offered.
