Abstract
Nurses created an EBP project to retrieve best evidence regarding the effectiveness of appurtenant hazard remuneration or provision of nurse leader-initiated emotional support in building resiliency and mitigating moral distress, compassion fatigue, and higher propensity toward post-traumatic stress disorder among nurses working in acute care settings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
