The results of the study revealed that; The overall lifelong learning of professional nurses at Police General Hospital was at high level of lifelong learning Variables predicting lifelong learning of professional nurses at p = .05 were working position and achievement motive. These predictors accounted for 35.9 percent of the variance (R2 = 35.9) This findings indicated that the more nurses achievement motive, the higher level of lifelong learning they are.
