Achievement motive, Perceived organizational support and Lifelong learning were used as study Lifelong learning concept framework. These questionnaires were tested content validity and reliability with the Alpha of .92, .86 and .93 respectively. Statistical methods used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that; The overall lifelong learning of professional nurses at Police General Hospital was at high level of lifelong learning Variables predicting lifelong learning of professional nurses at p = .05 were working position and achievement motive. These predictors accounted for 35.9 percent of the variance (R2 = 35.9) This findings indicated that the more nurses achievement motive, the higher level of lifelong learning they are. This means that the organization should make knowledge, training and skill development to workforce for their better status or working life for their nurses will gain productivity from higher qualification of nurses.
