Leadership skills are developed via examination of self using the Kouzes-Posner practice model (Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage the Heart) in three domains: Individual Leadership Development, Advancing Nursing Practice through Inter-professional Team Project Leadership and Expanding the Scope of Influence.
