An innovative practice partnership for advancement of the BSN pipeline initiative

Abstract

A practice partnership model was developed between Marian University Leighton School of Nursing and Community Health Network in Indianapolis utilizing evidence based and innovative clinical education strategies to advance the pipeline of BSN prepared nurses into the Community Health Network following graduation.
