Abstract
The correlation between reading, language development, and school readiness was discussed. Handouts were provided; statistical findings, talking, and reading tips for families were included. A parent completed a Dolly Parton Imagination Library application in the office. Directions to the nearest library, a library card application, and book marks were provided.
