Abstract
The learner will be able to discuss the toolbox needed to strengthen a Novice Nurse Faculty Leader's backbone that includes: individual leadership development plan, implementation of an interprofessional leadership project to advance nursing education, and being comfortable with expanding scope of influence within the organization, community, and profession.
