Abstract
The purpose of the educational activity was to design and deliver an acute care educational program to enhance nurses' knowledge about care of the cardiovascular patient at a safety-net facility. Learning strategies, teaching topics, and outcomes of the cardiovascular educational initiative are highlighted in this session.
