Abstract

This study examined factors affecting well-being of hospital nurses in Japan. Novice nurses were vulnerable, and we have to promote their personal development and well-being as a nurse. Specifically, this study investigated the relationships among self-transcendence, personal factors, and well-being in Japanese hospital nurses.
