This was a completed project for a Higher Education Institution in the Philippines as a response to the ongoing educational reforms. It used as framework the humanistic philosophy of education, the Heroic Leadership Model of the Jesuits, and the Way of the Shepherd Principles anchored on the Triangle of Transformation.
