Abstract
This project was undertaken to provide leadership experience in high fidelity simulation (HFS) for senior nursing students in a BSN program at a four year liberal arts university. Seniors attended HFS with junior students, acting as resource persons. Both juniors and seniors reported improved learning and enhanced feelings of collegiality.
