Abstract

Infusion therapy is an integral aspect of nursing practice. However, infusion therapy-related lawsuits are among the fasted-growing category of litigation against nurses because of the invasive nature of the procedure. This abstract seeks to discuss documentation as a strategy to improve nursing care to patients requiring this therapy.
