Abstract
Providing constructive feedback is challenging for many, especially because it can act as a trigger for incivility. Changing the perception of feedback allows others to receive it. This presentation demonstrates strategies to frame feedback in quality and safety language so that it can be viewed as an opportunity for improvement.
