Teaching strategies in BSN global service learning

Abstract

The community health clinical in a prelicensure accelerated BSN program was taught entirely in Haiti. American students were partnered with Haitian BSN students for the purpose of providing care, education, and data collection in community and acute care facilities in Haiti. Stategies and subsequent results are presented.
