Abstract

This presentation will discuss the strategies used by a struggling local chapter to revitalize the membership. In 2015, Lambda Lambda received the first Chapter Key Award in its 25 year history. The path to this award began 5 years earlier when new approaches to attracting and keeping members were envisioned.
