This presentation will focus on the current state of the science on hypertension self-management and evaluate the effect of a new behavioral intervention, eSMART-HTN, that targets quality of the patient-provider interaction. The presenter will discuss the potential implication to improve the quality of patient-provider interaction in hypertension self-management.
