Abstract
This session will demonstrate the benefits of an academic practice partnership in mentoring and enabling front line staff to innovate improvements in patient care. This session will review a nursing-created re-evaluation of PCU Status Tool and how use of the tool significantly reduced PCU patient length of stay.
