Abstract

Are new graduate nurses ready to engage in evidence-based practice (EBP)? This presentation will report on the evolution of an EBP curriculum within a nurse residency program and subsequent study to investigate the effect the curriculum has on the new graduate nurses' EBP self-efficacy.
