The Systematic Evaluation Plan provides a template for continuous quality improvement of Clarion University's RN-BSN program. Ensuring that all faculty participate in the process requires leadership and teamwork. Ongoing evaluation of the curriculum is necessary to ensure adherence to external accreditation standards and excellence in nursing education.
