Abstract
Collaboration between practice and academia is essential to transform healthcare delivery. This presentation highlights a Collaborative Academic-Service Partnership between two academic institutions and their affiliated Magnet health system. Emphasis will be on the structure, processes and outcomes used to reach the shared vision to advance nursing research, EBP and education.
