Embracing inquisitive thinking by front-line staff [Symposium]

Abstract

Front-line nursing staff were challenged to engage in the process of inquisitive thinking. By fostering innovative ways to think, nurses became further enmeshed in evidence-based practice and collaborative scholarship. This symposium will showcase three projects planned, implemented, and evaluated with the Academy of Inquisitive Thinking (AoIT) process.
