"Jump start" a baccalaureate degree by increasing self-efficacy in associate degree nursing students
Abstract
The purpose of the project was to develop a "jump start" model to encourage and increase self-efficacy in current associate degree nursing students who have a goal to obtain a baccalaureate in nursing degree. An educational model was developed in collaboration with three community colleges and a RN-BSN program.
