Abstract
The Transnet-Phelophepa HCT service providers work and live on the train. Health Care services are provided to rural communities in South Africa. 'Live my work' can result in specific environmental and psychological problems and needs, impacting on the health and well-being of the service providers which ultimately affects service provision.
