Abstract
This doctorate of nursing practice project focuses on the quality improvement of a PEARLS program that is focused on reducing loneliness in older adults by engagement them in an intervention that reduces social isolation. The participants will be assessed using the De Jong Gierveld scale pre and post intervention.
