Abstract
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) graduates have a unique opportunity to impact healthcare outcomes, through the implementation and sustainability of their DNP project. By identifying factors than can impede and/or facilitate the progression of the DNP Project beyond graduation, we can provide a workable framework supporting the transition to practice.
