Abstract
Evidence demonstrates college students enrolled in majors including a clinical component are at risk for increased stress and anxiety. We examined if nursing students felt a reduction in stress and anxiety when two relaxation techniques were taught and implemented during clinical and if these techniques were worth adopting long term.
