Abstract
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tract. The most effective clinical management of GISTs is to develop individualized treatment approaches. The lab determined how specific genes modulated the response of Imatinib Mesylate (IM).
