Limitations and promotion of nursing diversity: The motivation to employing a more diverse educational workforce

Abstract

Limitations real or perceived associated with offering a diverse educational foundation related to a diverse nursing population and promotion of diversity as a motivating factor in recruitment of a diverse educational workforce. Through implementation of diverse faculty and staff, holistic care may be enhanced in patient care settings.
