Abstract
The study utilized cross sectional survey design to evaluate the faculty attitudes and barriers research utilization. The participants will enhance knowledge on promoting research utilization and overcome the barriers of research publications. There will be more evidence-based practice in educational settings in bridging the gap between theory and practice.
