Relationship between educational instructors' learning needs in the learning environment design and learning support

Abstract

The study was to reveal the relationship between educational instructors' learning needs in the learning environment design and learning support for novice nurses and nursing students. A questionnaire survey was conducted through mail. Results showed that the educational instructors' learning needs are related to learning support.
