Abstract
This poster presentation aims to identify evidence-based strategies from the literature on the topic of student nurse transition toward the nurse professional role during their clinical placements. The best practice strategies help nurse educators bridge the academic-practice partnership to facilitate a sense of belongingness for the student nurse.
