Abstract
This was a quantitative study utilizing a convenience sample of faculty at one school of nursing. Multiple gratitude interventions were implemented throughout the year and a pre and post survey administered to measure effectiveness of interventions. The findings showed an improvement of 17.9% in overall job satisfaction.
