Abstract

To foster an intervention compelling nursing students to actively delegate, advocate for the patient, and identify incivility in a hospital setting, faculty developed exercises emphasizing "Just One" leadership principle to be completed during each clinical day. Guided reflections and shared experiences in post-conference debriefing connect concepts to application.
