Abstract
Transition into a nursing program requires resiliency to quickly adjust to a new level of academic rigor, higher expectations, and novel experiences. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of a collaborative peer-to-peer mentoring program on resiliency among transitioning students into a baccalaureate nursing program.
