Abstract
Participants will examine how vital policy, education, and advocacy are in influencing registered and licensed practical nurses and social workers do not hospitalize - (DNH) practices in skilled nursing facilities. Data from respondents (N=354) in 29 urban SNF will be used to illustrate the findings.
