Abstract

Successful FPA legislation creates practice transition from dependent practice to independent practice. Job stress and emotions in this transition and its impact on job satisfaction have not been previously described. This presentation will describe an understanding of these relationships, emotions and modifiable job stress in FPA practice transition.
