Abstract
The AMIA Nursing Informatics (NI) History Project was established to record and maintain the history of NI in the US to 2000. Pioneers were defined as innovators, trailblazers, or groundbreakers in NI. This session will discuss how the impact of the Pioneers’ work continues to influence the nursing profession today.
