Abstract

The Best Brains Exchange (BBE) an intentional strategy, was chosen to create a multi-partner collaboration at transforming culture and influencing large scale change. The role of nurse leaders in activating knowledge transformation and creating synergies between scholars, senior policy decision-makers and affected populations, to eliminate poverty, is highlighted.
