Abstract
The Global Leadership Mentoring Community was formed in 2015 as a Sigma Community of Interest. This paper introduces how the second cohort demonstrated global leadership mentoring processes and outcomes. The Community members have sought to connect, collaborate, and catalyze global nursing leadership through relationships.
