Abstract

The main purpose was to assess compassion competence among nursing students from different cultures. A descriptive cross-sectional survey involving 1158 undergraduate nursing students from four countries, selected through stratified random sampling method. The results showed that compassion competence was 3.96 (SD=0.56). Effective communication and insights are needed among nursing students.
