Abstract

A series of educational activities that taught over 1000 nurses the knowledge needed for a new professional governance structure model. Teaching strategies involved leadership training, a large conference, interactive booth activities, gamification, and traditional lecture to achieve the objective of comprehending and applying the knowledge in Unit Practice Council work.
