Quality improvement project to improve "on-time surgical starts" in a referral hospital in Kigali, Rwanda

Abstract

The presentation will be about a quality improvement project conducted at one of referral hospital in Rwanda to improve the starting time in operating room. By applying eight steps strategic problem-solving approach, the team was able to identify and address the root cause of starting time delays.
