Abstract
There is a push to increase the number of bedside and Advanced Practice nurses. However, in many areas, clinical and preceptor models are no longer viable options for clinical training. Experiential learning through simulation can be provided in places without equipment or trained simulation educators through outsourcing and collaborative partnerships.
